Bellacana is providing Scholarship for children in need via associating with University of Santo Domingo

With each house sold, Bellacana pledges to donate 1% of the total amount to The Bienvenido Project, a charity dedicated to providing holistic care for over 300 impoverished Dominican and Haitian youth.

What is Bienvenido Project?

The Bienvenido Project offers vital support in areas such as food, education, healthcare, and advocating for children's rights and safety. Their feeding program ensures that 150 children receive a nutritious meal, often their only sustenance of the day, while their scholarship initiative enables over 60 children to attend school who otherwise wouldn't have the opportunity.

Nourishment

Batey Bienvenido, home to predominantly Haitian immigrants facing economic hardships, is where this impactful work takes place. By providing food and education, the project keeps children off the streets, reducing their exposure to dangers like drugs and prostitution. Furthermore, nutritious meals and education offer a pathway out of poverty, breaking the cycle for future generations.
